Standard local deliveries are typically scheduled within a few business days of your order. For large or heavy equipment, timing depends on site access and crew scheduling — we’ll confirm a delivery window with you once we have your details.
For oversized or heavy equipment we’ll ask about loading dock or ground-level access, any stairs or elevators, doorway clearances, and your preferred delivery window. Sharing this ahead of time lets our crew arrive prepared and makes for a smooth drop-off.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to pick up your order directly from our Austin store. Bring a suitable vehicle and a hand for heavier items. If you’d prefer we deliver a pickup-only item, just ask and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
